THE SYNOPSIS · THE PHILOSOPHY OF RHYTHM
Mondha Media’s content marketing approach doesn’t start with the medium, but with the question: What is the real problem, and how does a good story solve it?
Three letters. One approach. A consistent approach in every partnership.
The 3D Framework is how we work. Not as a checklist, but as a compass. Every project begins with understanding, and only then with creation. It never ends with delivery.
PRODUCTION LOGS · SYSTEM VS SUPPLIER
How does a storytelling agency work?
A storytelling agency helps organizations discover their story, tell it consistently, and use it in a measurable way, through the right channels and using the right tools.
At Mondha Media, we make the process explicit: first, we ask what the real problem is and how a story can address it; only then do we move on to production. And we don’t stop at delivery. We maintain control over distribution and adjustments.
That's the difference between a supplier and a partner.
That's how order makes a difference
01 — Thinking
Strategy before production. Understand first, then create.
02 — Turning
Content that fits the story and the target audience. Always featuring real people.
03 — Share
"Delivered" is not the same as "deployed." We retain control over distribution and adjustments.
ACT I: CONCEPTION · DEVELOPMENT & SCRIPTING
Thinking: Understanding First
Every project starts with an honest conversation. Not about video, not about budget. About what’s going on. Who do you want to reach, why are they dropping off right now, what’s already working, and what isn’t?
Sometimes it takes twenty minutes. Sometimes it results in a complete strategic plan.
Only once we have those answers will we decide together what the first step should be. Sometimes it’s a video. Sometimes it’s a LinkedIn strategy. Sometimes it’s a discussion about tone of voice.
The medium follows the story. Not the other way around.
Questions We Always Ask
- —What’s the real problem: too few customers, the wrong candidates, or is the brand simply unknown?
- —Whatdo we already have: a website, social media, past content? What’s working and what isn’t?
- —Whereis the low-hanging fruit?
- —Whatis the time horizon: rapid market entry or long-term brand building?
ACT II: FILMING · PRINCIPAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Turn: then adjust
Production without a strategy is a gamble. In the Execution phase, we create content that aligns with the story and the target audience. This can be anything: video, photos, copy, or branding elements. But it always serves the story that was refined during the Planning phase.
The main character is always someone from your organization. An employee who explains why they work here. A customer who describes how their problem was solved. The entrepreneur themselves, sharing their story. No hired actors, no script that has to be memorized. We prepare people so that the conversation on camera feels as natural as possible. The result feels like their story, not like a commercial.
Full service
Mondha Media takes care of everything—from the storyboard to the finished film. All you have to do is be there on the day of filming.
Hybrid
Mondha Media handles the planning and distribution; you do the filming. We provide guidance to ensure the quality aligns with the strategy. This works well for organizations that want to create content in-house but prefer to leave the direction to us.
Coaching
You'll work independently. Mondha Media provides the guidelines, gives feedback on your work, and ensures that everything remains consistent.
ACT III: SHARING · CINEMATIC DISTRIBUTION
Share: Content That Resonates
Delivery isn’t the same as implementation. Most agencies stop at delivery. Not Mondha Media. During the Sharing phase, we ensure that your content reaches the people you want to reach, on the right channels, at the right time, and with the right frequency.
We always remain in control of the narrative and the strategy. We handle the execution ourselves or through trusted partners in our network. You’ll have a single point of contact.
The result: build → measure → adjust → grow. A system that doesn’t stop at completion, but keeps working.
Distribution is available as an add-on with every product. Starting at €350 per month.
Social media
LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Weekly planning, monthly reporting.
Advertising
Paid reach through LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or display advertising. We determine the strategy and the narrative.
Website
The brand story must also be consistent on the website—from the copy to the technical adjustments.
Analyze and Adjust
We measure the results of the content and make adjustments based on the data.
THE TIMELINE · FROM PRE-PRODUCTION TO LIVE
From the first meeting to going live: 5 steps
Introductory Session (Free)
Twenty minutes. You tell me what’s going on, and I’ll ask questions. No pitch, no sales pitch. Just to see if it’s a good fit.
Advice and Approach
Based on our conversation, I'll put together a concrete proposal: what we'll do, why, and how much it will cost. You decide for yourself whether to move forward.
Brainstorming Session
We dig deeper. Brand identity, target audience, channels, tone of voice. Everything needed to refine the story before we create anything.
Production
The Production Phase. Depending on the project: filming days, copywriting, branding elements—whatever fits the story.
Distribution and Adjustments
The content goes live. We monitor the results, make adjustments, and keep building. Month after month, quarter after quarter.
THE PLOT HOLE · RISK MANAGEMENT
Why Strategy Comes Before Production
Most companies start by saying, “We want a corporate video,” or “We need to do something with social media.” That makes sense. You see what others are doing and want to do it yourself.
But the problem is rarely the medium itself. The problem is that the story doesn't hold up, the target audience isn't clearly defined, or the content lacks consistency. A video taken out of that context doesn't solve anything. It's watched for a moment and then forgotten.
We start with the question: What do you want to achieve, and with whom? That answer determines everything that comes next.
Without a strategy
- ✘ The medium determines the story
- ✘ Content that no one remembers
- ✘ Stop upon completion
- ✘ Supplier, not a partner
With the 3D Framework
- ✓ The story determines the medium
- ✓ Content that people remember
- ✓ Ongoing adjustments
- ✓ Partner, not a supplier
THE RELEASE NOTES · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions About Our Approach
How long does a project at Mondha Media take?
That depends on the product. A Spark project typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from the initial meeting to delivery. A System partnership is ongoing. We continue to build on the brand story every quarter.
What if I only need production and already have a strategy?
That's possible. But we always take a moment to make sure the strategy aligns with what we're going to create. Fifteen minutes of preparation saves a day of rework later on.
Who's in front of the camera?
It’s always someone from your organization—the business owner, an employee, or a customer. We never work with hired actors. The credibility comes from real people who explain in their own words what they do and why. We prepare them thoroughly so that the conversation on camera feels as natural as possible. No one has to memorize anything.
What if I want to film an internal video but need help with the strategy?
That’s exactly what the hybrid model is. We handle the “Thinking” phase and the “Sharing” phase. You do the filming yourself, with our guidance.
How soon will I see results?
Brand building doesn't happen overnight. But most customers see increased engagement on their channels and higher-quality inquiries within the first quarter.
Do you also work for government agencies?
Yes. We have extensive experience working with municipalities and the national government. The approach is the same, but we’re familiar with the frameworks: tone-of-voice guidelines, privacy laws, and the decision-making process at larger organizations.
